Terms of Use

The I Prefer Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of The Preferred Hotel Group, Inc. No individual has the right to I Prefer Membership and benefits without the approval of The Preferred Hotel Group. Members may maintain only one account. Corporations, associations, or groups cannot enroll in I Prefer
Transferability. I Prefer Membership Benefits are non-transferable and may not be lent or sold to another person.
Benefits. Benefits are provided upon availability and are not guaranteed. Members must give a valid I Prefer Member ID upon check-in to be eligible for benefits, or the hotel must validate that the guest is an active and eligible member through proof of identity.
To receive I Prefer benefits, members must provide their I Prefer membership number and reserve their stays via IPrefer.com, PreferredHotels.com, PreferredBoutique.com, SummitHotels.com, SterlingHotels.com, SterlingDesignHotels.com, I Prefer member call center, or through a travel agent using Preferred Hotel Group chain codes PV, PH, XL and WR.
Travel Agents: include I Prefer member ID in the hotel sell format (Sabre/Amadeus = 'ID' field. Worldspan/Galileo = 'FG' field)
The I Prefer member amenity listed at the time of reservation may not be the same reward offered at time of stay. Some hotels may not provide a member amenity.
Internet access may be provided in-room, in public areas or business center. It may also included in room rate or other hotel service or resort fees.
Certain member hotels of Preferred Hotel Group may not offer some or all benefits. Certain negotiated rates may exclude member benefits.
I Prefer may introduce Membership and benefit levels in the future. In this case, current members will be notified in writing of the change in their I Prefer Membership status.
Preferred Hotel Group reserves the right to modify or change I Prefer rules, regulations, and benefits with reasonable notice to members. Preferred Hotel Group will not be liable for failure to do so, however, all members will be bound. Changes in Terms & Conditions will be shown here on IPrefer.com and are effective immediately from posting.
Cancellation. Preferred Hotel Group reserves the right to cancel any I Prefer Membership for reasons which include, but are not limited to: a) violation of these Terms & Conditions; b) misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of the Program; c) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of Membership privileges; d) failure to pay for hotel charges; e) more than one active account per member; all as determined by the sole discretion of Preferred Hotel Group.
Data: Your Membership information and personal data can be transferred outside your home country for marketing purposes.
Non-members making reservations on this website will be automatically enrolled in the program and provided with membership details and hotel offers via email.
Legal Rights. Neither the I Prefer Program nor any benefit offered by the I Prefer Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against Preferred Hotel Group
I Prefer is in compliance with Privacy laws and EU Safe Harbor Principles.
I Prefer members have the right of access to their own personal data through their online Membership profile or by sending a written request to I Prefer.
