Under the data protection legislation of various countries, we are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by applying for I Prefer Membership or by continuing to exercise the privileges of I Prefer Membership and in order to make it possible for Preferred Hotel Group to perform its obligations under the Program, you accept and explicitly authorize that your personal information which is supplied by you in the enrollment process or during the course of your I Prefer Membership (1) shall be processed by Preferred Hotel Group , in its capacity of data controller, and (2) will be shared with its member hotels in order to provide Program services, and (3) may be transferred worldwide to any third parties with which Preferred Hotel Group is affiliated within the scope of the I Prefer Program or to third parties to process your personal data on our behalf or where required by applicable law or in the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records, guest services, advertising, marketing and communication purposes, and (4) may be transferred worldwide from any third parties with which Preferred Hotel Group is affiliated within the scope of the Program or from third parties to process your personal data on our behalf or where required by applicable law or in the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records, guest services, advertising, marketing and communication purposes.
