The Rite of Tea
This is the high point of afternoons at the Metropole from October to March. A selection of rare leaf tea blends is served with a special ceremony made of candles, soft music, and exquisite sandwiches and pastries made by the chef.
Soundchef
This is an original multimedia experiment at the Met Restaurant, where the flavors of a dish are matched with a delicate musical background. The cooperation between Chef Corrado Fasolato and DJ Valentino Borgia has culminated into a CD with the tracks combined with the dishes.
The Music
The resident DJ Valentino Borgia manages the music selection for the hotel and every week enlivens the evenings in the Bar with the best Chill & Lounge sounds.
The Art
Fundamental element in the essence of the hotel, the art expresses itself through eclectic exhibitions in the "One artist-One piece" style.
