At Aqua Wellness Resort, each of the 34 unique guestrooms is located within a villa settled high in the treetops. Built with a focus on sustainability and eco-consciousness, each one of these luxury Nicaraguan accommodations was built in the treetops to minimize damage to the forest floor. Each villa’s location was planned to have the least impact on the surroundings, and many of the decks and floors weave around tree trunks. Natural airflow is provided through screened windows and ceiling fans, though air conditioning is available upon request.
Each villa is made up of either one, two, or three bedrooms. Every villa includes various wraparound decks, balconies, and full kitchen and dining spaces. Most villas offer a plunge pool.
Each bedroom is separately keyed for total privacy. All guestrooms include Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, private baths with teak and Balinese outdoor showers, stone countertops, and local and natural hardwood floors.
There are three room types available. Treehouse Rooms feature queen-size beds. Penthouse Suites are two-story suites with one king bedroom upstairs, as well as a lounge area, kitchen, and dining area downstairs. The two-room Master Suites feature a bedroom with king-size bed, as well as an indoor/outdoor kitchen and dining area joined by exterior decks.
