Essensia Restaurant embodies the simplicity and elegance of natural gourmet Miami dining. Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6 to 10:00 p.m
At the lounge, an innovative Indulgence menu showcases interactive wine voyages where guests can experience three 2 oz. pours that have something in common such as variety, region, vintage, or maker while signature cocktails made from fresh ingredients and organic spirits offer a tasty encounter.

Tiki Bar
At the edge of the poolside oasis, the Tiki Bar provides a one-of-a-kind setting for casual libations, complete with swaying palm trees, hammocks, and a relaxing ocean breeze. Attentive staff will deliver light fare and delicious drinks right to guests’ pool or beach lounge, or serve drinks in the shade of the tropical tiki cabanas.
