Southern hospitality and a perfect climate make for a memorable golfing experience at the private Old Edwards Club. Guests of the Old Edwards Inn and Spa have access to this Tom Jackson designed Highlands golf course that was extensively renovated in early 2009. The course is located atop the Eastern Continental Divide in the mountains of Western North Carolina and boasts a landscape of greenery and meandering streams on the front side and granite cliffs on the back side.
Upon finishing the 18th hold, golfers can visit the clubhouse, offering panoramic views of the landscape from floor-to-ceiling windows. The club features a dining solarium, restaurant and bar, fitness center with locker rooms, heated outdoor mineral swimming pool, clay tennis courts, and a fully stocked golf shop.
