Guest Rooms
The 177 hotel guest rooms, which include 15 suites, are located in four main hotel buildings. Each guestroom offers just under 400 square feet of living space, four-poster bedding, oversized feather pillows, and highest quality 300-thread-count Egyptian linens. Baths are equipped with oversized tumbled marble shower or bathtub and a luxurious bath area. Most guestrooms have private terraces. Guestrooms feature West Indies-style heavy mahogany beds covered in airy white linens, paired with Keys-inspired nautical shadow-box artwork and light stone flooring.

Standard Guest Room
The oversize Standard Guest Rooms are conveniently located to all pools, the lagoon and water activities. In lieu of a balcony, these guestrooms offer a bit more space for travelers who require more room to kick up their feet.
Island Guest Room
These spacious, luxury hotel rooms have private balconies that overlook the tropical Florida Keys island grounds. Some rooms on the top floor also feature partial water views.
Waterview Guest Room

Premium Lanai Guest Room

Preferred Villas
The 115 Preferred Villa units are located throughout Duck Key, each with views of the ocean, waterway, marina, or garden. These tropical escapes are constructed as two-story townhomes, available in 2- and 3- bedroom configurations. The décor of these units is presented in 2 themes: a traditional but sophisticated, Caribbean-West Indies look that embraces the darker, heavier, more exotic colors of the British Colonial period; and a lighter, coastal living-beach theme featuring blonde woods, creamy warm wall colors, and furnishings and artwork that reflect the outside environment.
All Preferred Villas feature:

Conch Preferred Villa

Cottage Preferred Villa
The two-story, 1,320 square foot Cottage Villas at Hawks Cay offer two or three bedrooms and 2 or 2½ baths. The two-bedroom villas also feature a separate den area, perfect for quiet reading or relaxation while other guests enjoy the main living area. Outdoor terraces or screened-in porches face the water and marina.
Marina Preferred Villa
The 1,700 square foot Marina Villas at Hawks Cay offer a one-story open floor plan with two bedrooms and two baths, as well as an oversized screened balcony for exceptional Florida Keys luxury accommodations. Sanctuary Preferred Villa
