The Dromoland Castle Hotel offers a full golf course located right on the grounds. This 18-hole Irish golf course offers guests access to clubs, buggies, and equipment through the Golf & Country Club. The course is open to visitors with a certified playing handicap of up to 28 for men and 36 for women.
The practice facility features ten fully-furnished driving bays, putting greens, and a bunker. Each bay is fitted with Golf-Tech second generation "Power Tees." The bunker and chipping green offer numerous lies, slopes, and grassy areas. One basket of 40 balls is €5/US$6.66.
There is also a riveted face links style bunker, modeled on the famous 'Road Hole' bunker on the 17th hole at St Andrews.
