Georgian Terrace has enjoyed a storied history as a classic Atlanta hotel, and continues to provide guests with the same level of service found when the property opened nearly a century ago. Over time Georgian Terrace has played hosts to many notable guests, including President Calvin Coolidge and F. Scott Fitzgerald. In 1939 the hotel hosted the premiere of Gone with the Wind.
By the 1970’s the hotel had undergone a more modern makeover, and began welcoming musical acts, including Bruce Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac, and Billy Joel to the Electric Ballroom. In 1986 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Today the hotel maintains the same level of grandeur, with elegant ballrooms and excellent service, to please every discerning guest.
